Concept of modern rainwater harvesting is becoming increasingly popular in Sri Lanka. It is being practiced in urban and rural levels and included in various development projects. Lanka Rainwater Harvesting Forum (LRWHF) as a pioneering organization working towards popularizing RWH has launched a programme to update and improve the database of Rainwater harvesting systems in Sri Lanka.
Individuals, organizations and other institutions who are engaged in constructing RWH tanks in Sri Lanka are requested to provide the details of RWH systems they have build so far.
How you can provide information
- Download the format (Word Document) of the database | Download [Word Document – 35.5KB]
- Fill it with the details of the RWH systems your organization has built
- Email the format to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please send your contributions on or before 31/12/2007.
The data will be available since January 2008 via this web site.
